As October draws to a close, the frenzy around flagship smartphones for 2024 is nearly ending. Some brands, like Huawei, are still keeping their high-end devices under wraps, but it appears that a wave of sub-flagship model launches will start as early as next month.
In a recent Weibo post, user Digital Chat Station revealed the release windows for several smartphones expected to arrive on the market by the end of the year.
Upcoming sub-flagships for 2024
According to the tipster, November will bring the launches of the Realme GT 7 Pro, the iQOO Neo 10 series (including Neo 10 and Neo 10 Pro), and the Redmi K80 series (with K80 and K80 Pro models). Notably, Realme has already confirmed the GT 7 Pro launch, scheduled for November 4, 2024.
The leak also mentions a possible November release for Huawei’s flagship Mate 70 series and the foldable Mate X6. OnePlus may launch its Ace 5 series (initially just the Ace 5, with a Pro version following in mid-2025) in November or December.
Rounding out the release calendar for the year, Digital Chat Station anticipates sub-flagship releases from Honor (300 series), Vivo (S20 series), OPPO (Reno 13 series), as well as models from Nubia (Z70 Ultra) and Red Magic (10 series).
