Threads now allows you to schedule posts on a schedule

Following a test last month, Threads will now allow anyone to schedule posts, Instagram CEO Adam Mosseri announced on Thursday. You can use this feature by creating a new post, selecting the three-dot menu in the upper left corner, and choosing “Schedule.”

Once you’ve scheduled a post, you can view, delete, or edit it from your drafts folder. Threads allows you to schedule posts up to 75 days in advance, but does not allow you to schedule replies.

Threads тепер дозволяє планувати дописи за розкладом

Mosseri also said that Threads is adding the ability to “mark up” a post that you repost. Judging by early versions of the feature shared by users, it will allow you to sketch, highlight, or add arrows to an existing post. The feature is being rolled out in “a few countries, with more to follow soon.”

Big changes are in store for Threads, which will also replace fact-checking with community notes as part of a broader moderation change in Meta. Competitor X will also start adding political content to recommendations.
