Lenovo has launched its new IdeaPad 15s laptop with AMD Ryzen 5 7430U processor for 3,099 yuan.
The laptop has a 15.6-inch display with 1080p resolution
This processor has a Zen 3 architecture with 6 cores and 12 threads, reaching a maximum overclocking frequency of 4.3 GHz. Although it is slightly lower than the 7530U model, it integrates graphics on the Vega 7 core. The laptop can handle its graphics, but graphics-intensive games and software may have trouble running on it.
The laptop comes with a standard 15.6-inch 1080p display and a physical screen for added security. A numeric keypad is also provided for convenience, although we see many compact form factor laptops omit the numeric keypad for the sake of laptop design. The IdeaPad 15s weighs just 1.6 kg and is 17.9 mm thick, and its 47 Wh battery provides 13.3 hours of 1080p video playback on a local network.
