SoftServe has won the Digital Workplace category of the HR Pro Award with its Relocation Platform project, a tool for establishing the process of employee relocation.
Since the outbreak of the war, about 18% of SoftServe’s Ukrainian IT professionals have moved to more than 50 countries, and the demand for relocation among employees in Ukraine has increased by 700%. Relocation is a large-scale business process that consists of many stages, so the Relocation Platform has become a tool that helps to conduct the relocation process more efficiently, and most of the processes have been automated within the project.
An employee of the Global Mobility team spends about 4.5 hours processing operational tasks related to an employee relocation request. Digitalization of workflows helps to free up time for more important tasks, conveniently track everything in one place, and have convenient analytics at your fingertips.
This was stated by Olga Rohatynchuk, Global Mobility Director, SoftServe:
“I am very pleased that our innovation has been appreciated by our market colleagues. I hope that our Relocation Platform will become an example for other businesses as well.”
“The Relocation Platform processes employee requests for relocation, calculates the cost of moving to a particular country in a few seconds, manages a system of approval notifications sent to the relevant leaders, accumulates all relocation steps that can be conveniently tracked, and contains comprehensive statistics and analytics on the process. The project has already received the highest possible rating from internal users – NPS 100%.
