Samsung has quietly introduced a significant update to its home appliance portfolio in India. According to the company’s latest announcement, it has extended its Bespoke AI technology to top-loading washing machines, given the strong consumer interest in front-loading models.
The new range includes 8kg, 10kg, 12kg and 14kg top-loading washing machines designed to make laundry care more intuitive and efficient. The washing machines are available in such stylish colors as Black Caviar, Lavender Gray, Deep Charcoal and Brushed Navy, which will harmoniously complement modern interiors. These machines feature the AI Wash system with a three-stage sensor system that detects the type of fabric and the weight of the load to fine-tune the wash cycle. This includes optimizing the water level, wash intensity, and rinse time, offering up to 25% better fabric care.
Additional features include Eco Bubble technology for a gentler wash, hygienic steam to kill 99.9% of bacteria, and Super Speed cycles that complete in just 29 minutes. The Stain Wash function uses warm or hot water to remove sweat stains and everyday dirt at 40°C. AI Energy Mode helps reduce energy consumption by up to 20% and provides detailed energy consumption tracking through the SmartThings app.
The machines are equipped with AI VRT+ technology that adapts to the type of floor and minimizes noise during operation. Users can remotely control cycles, access Bixby voice support, and manage maintenance with SmartThings. These models are also equipped with Samsung’s Digital Inverter Technology (DIT), which ensures quiet operation and durability, backed by a 20-year motor warranty.
