Samsung seems to be working on a new lineup called the C-Series. Today, the MySmartPrice team spotted the upcoming Galaxy C55 5G in the popular Geekbench database with the model number SM-C5560. Here’s everything you need to know about it.

The upcoming smartphone from Samsung scored 1026 points in the single-core test and 2384 points in the multi-core test. The listing also revealed that the device will be powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset with a clock speed of 2.40 GHz, paired with 8 GB of RAM and an Adreno(TM) 644 graphics processor.

Samsung Galaxy C55 5G: expected characteristics

The alleged Samsung Galaxy C55 5G has already appeared on several certification sites, such as TENAA and Google Play Console. According to the TENAA certificate, the smartphone boasts a 6.67-inch OLED panel with FHD+ resolution, a notch for perforation, and an in-screen fingerprint scanner.

As for the optics, the smartphone is rumored to have a triple rear camera with a 50-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel fixed lens. A 13-megapixel selfie camera is expected to be installed on the front. Finally, it is likely to have a 5000 mAh battery with 25W fast charging support.

A little history about Samsung C-series smartphones

Samsung does not currently have any C-series smartphones on the market. But a few years ago, the tech giant had phones such as the Galaxy C8, Galaxy C9, etc. These devices were only available in China. However, they have long been discontinued.
