Realme is preparing to turn its attention to the Realme 15 series in the second half of the year. Although the company has not yet officially confirmed the launch, leaks about the upcoming series have already begun to appear. It is assumed that the Realme 15 Pro will have the model number RMX5101. Now, a new XpertPick report reveals that a device with the model number RMX5000 – likely the Realme 15 Lite – is also in development.
According to the report, the Realme 15 Lite will be available in three RAM and storage variants: 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, and 12GB+256GB. Based on its basic configuration, it looks like the 15 Lite won’t be the most affordable model in the series. It is likely that another model, such as the Realme 15x or something similar, could be the entry-level device in the lineup.
The report also says that the Realme 15 Lite will be available in three color options: Dark Purple, Speed Green, and Victory Gold. The rest of the device’s specifications are still under wraps.
This will be the first time Realme introduces a “Lite” model as part of its numbered series. For reference, the Realme 14 lineup included models such as the Realme 14x, 14, 14T, 14 Pro, and 14 Pro+. However, the standard Realme 14 did not make it to the Indian market. It is not yet known how many models of the Realme 15 series will be released in India.
A recent report suggests that the Realme 15 Pro could debut in India by the end of July. It is expected to be available in four configurations: 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB. The following colors are available: velvet green, silk purple, and silver. Further details are still to be announced.
