Recently, Realme released the Realme 12X smartphone, a new member of the Realme 12 series, which will be available in its home country first and later on will be launched in other markets.

This smartphone features a 6.67-inch LCD screen that delivers a smooth playback experience with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is designed to be easy on the eyes and can shine bright with a peak brightness of 625 nits. The Realme 12X is also quite thin at 7.89mm thick and light at 190g.
In terms of performance, it is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ processor and has a generous 12GB of RAM + 12GB (virtual RAM) for multitasking. It runs on Realme UI 5.0, which is based on Android 14, providing a fresh and responsive user interface. The 5000 mAh battery and 15W fast charging ensure long battery life.
For taking photos and videos, there is a 50-megapixel main camera on the back and an 8-megapixel selfie camera on the front. The Realme 12X is also IP54 certified, which means it is resistant to splashes and dust. A fingerprint scanner located on the side makes unlocking simple and fast.
Price and availability
In terms of prices and configurations, two versions of the drives are available: 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB. They are available in two colors: blue bird and black jade. The 256GB version costs ¥1399, down from ¥1499, and the 512GB version costs ¥1599, down from ¥1799. Realme 12X will officially go on sale in China on April 1, 2024.
