Razer has released a monitor stand with RGB backlighting

Razer has brought a pants-shaped monitor stand to CES 2025 in Las Vegas, and this one is equipped with RGB lighting. The Chroma stand is an ergonomic device made of anodized aluminum with a black matte finish. It can support up to 44 pounds, making it easy to place most monitors on it.

The built-in RGB lighting supports up to 16.8 million colors and can trigger a range of lighting effects. Users create their own lighting profiles, which can be cycled through using the customizable button. This button can also be used for other purposes, such as launching apps or mute. Of course, it synchronizes with other Chroma-enabled devices to “create a cohesive, immersive aesthetic.” Yay, lighting!

Even if you hate custom lighting, there’s one thing we can all agree on. There are simply not enough ports in the world for all of our many gadgets. That’s why the Chroma Stand is equipped with a built-in 4-port hub that connects with a single USB-C cable. The available ports include a pair of USB-A inputs, one USB-C and HDMI.

The stand doesn’t have any adjustment options, but for stability, it has anti-slip rubber pads on the bottom to prevent slipping. There is also an open space at the bottom that is ideal for smartphones, laptops, and other gadgets. Razer Monitor Stand Chroma costs $200, and pre-orders are open now.
