The brand shared the key features of the devices’ displays even before their full presentation.

Details of Razer Blade 16 and Blade 18 displays revealed

The 2024 Razer Blade 16 and 18 models will be equipped with the world’s first displays. The Blade 16 will be the world’s first laptop with a 16-inch OLED screen and a 240Hz refresh rate. It will have a display resolution of 2,560 x 1,600 pixels and a response time of 0.2 ms. The OLED panel was developed in collaboration with Samsung.

In addition, the Blade 16 will also be the world’s first notebook to be VESA Clear MR 11000 certified for motion blur. It will also feature VESA Display HDR True Black 500 certification and 1 million to 1 contrast ratio.

As for the Razer Blade 18, it will be the first large 18-inch laptop with 4K resolution and 165Hz refresh rate. The device will have G-sync support and a 3ms response time to eliminate screen tearing and low latency, respectively. The display will also feature 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut for accurate color reproduction.

Razer Blade 16 and Blade 18 seem to have the same design as the 2023 models. The brand has revealed that the upcoming offerings will feature a CNC-machined aluminum body with a screen-to-body ratio of 89%.
