The global presentation of the Poco F6 smartphone series is scheduled for May 20, 2024, at which the company plans to debut. The series will consist of two devices: Poco F6 and Poco F6 Pro. Yesterday, the brand indirectly confirmed that the Poco F6 is a rebranding of the Redmi Turbo 3 smartphone by showing its design. Now, the brand has also revealed the design of the Poco F6 Pro, which looks similar to the Redmi K70 (exclusive to China).
A recent teaser on X showed the design of the Poco F6 Pro. It has flat sides, a slightly curved back panel for a comfortable grip, and the same rectangular camera module with four notches as the Redmi K70. So, at this point, we can expect the Poco F6 Pro to be an exact copy of the Redmi K70, just with a different name and branding.
Expected characteristics of Poco F6 Pro:
The upcoming Poco F6 Pro is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, potentially paired with up to 16GB of RAM. It will likely feature a 6.67-inch OLED display with 2K resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. As for the cameras, it could be a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS, as well as an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. The front panel may have a 16-megapixel selfie camera. The device is rumored to be equipped with a 5,000 mAh battery and support for 120W fast charging.
