In keeping with its annual tradition, Google will unveil its flagship Pixel smartphones in the second half of this year. The upcoming Google Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro smartphones are expected to receive significant improvements. They also offer a 360-degree video of the smartphone that reveals the design elements and dimensions of the upcoming flagship.
Google Pixel 9 Pro 5K renders
According to the leaked information, the Google Pixel 9 Pro will feature an approximately 6.5-inch flat display, which will be smaller than its predecessor. The search engine giant will equip the smartphone with a central perforation to place a selfie camera. Renders confirm that the Pixel 9 Pro will have thin bezels on all four sides of the display.
OnLeaks confirms that Google will equip its flagship smartphone with a flat bezel. As the renders show, the power button and volume keys will be present on the right side of the device. The left side of the device will be clean, except for the antenna markings. The bottom of the device will feature a USB Type-C port, speaker grill, and SIM card tray.
The top of the device will have an mmWave antenna cover and a microphone. The upcoming Pixel 9 Pro will have dimensions of 162.7 x 76.6 x 8.5 mm, which will increase to 12.0 mm with the camera bump. The renders also indicate that Google will debut the Pixel 9 Pro smartphone with an updated rear camera design.
The triple rear cameras will include a telephoto lens, in addition to the standard wide-angle sensor. Judging by the renders, Google will equip the smartphone with a periscopic telesensor. The large sensor on the camera island suggests that Google is likely to equip the device with variable aperture support. Other details about the smartphone are currently unknown.
