In March 2024, Oppo introduced Oppo Pad 2, equipped with the Dimensity 9000 chipset. Globally, the company rebranded the same device as the OnePlus Pad. According to reports, the brand is currently working on the Oppo Pad 3 for the Chinese market. It is rumored that the flagship tablet will be launched in June or July this year. It looks like its arrival is on schedule, as it has received approval from China’s 3C certification platform.

Chinese certification platform 3C has approved Oppo’s upcoming tablet with the model number OPD2404.

The list does not include cellular support. Thus, it seems that the brand may launch only a Wi-Fi version of the device. The listing also states that it will be equipped with 67W fast charging support. Here’s a look at what is currently known about the tablet from rumors.

Oppo Pad 3 specifications (rumored)

According to reports, the Oppo Pad 3 will have a 12.x-inch LCD screen with a 3K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. It will be the first ever tablet with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.

The tablet is expected to feature 8GB/16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 256GB/512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. It will be powered by a 9510 mAh battery with 67W fast charging support. There is no specific information about the device’s camera capabilities.

It is reported that during the global launch of the device in markets outside of China, it may be rebranded as OnePlus Pad 2.
