OnePlus Nord 4 is coming soon, here's what to expect

In January, OnePlus introduced the flagship phones OnePlus 12 and OnePlus 12R for the global market. It seems that the brand will shift its focus to launching affordable phones under the Nord brand. According to a report by reliable leaker Max Jambor, OnePlus Nord 4 will be the brand’s next smartphone.

Although Jambor claimed that the Nord 4 is codenamed “Audi,” he did not reveal anything about its specifications. While he did mention the device’s nickname, some reports suggest it could be called the OnePlus Nord 5, as some Chinese brands tend to skip the number 4 as it is considered bad luck in some countries.

OnePlus is rumored to be preparing to launch the OnePlus Ace 3V smartphone in the Chinese market. It is expected to hit the market this month and will be the first smartphone with the upcoming Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset.

It is worth reminding that OnePlus Nord 3, which debuted last year, was a revised version of the Ace 2V, which remained exclusive to the Chinese market. So, it is likely that Nord 4 may be based on Ace 3V. Like the previous model, the Ace 3V may remain limited to the Chinese market.

According to reports, the OnePlus Ace 3V will have a 1.5K OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will be equipped with a 5500 mAh battery and support 100W fast charging.

The Ace 3V will run Android 14 based on ColorOS 14 and will have up to 16GB of RAM in China. It is said to have a plastic frame and a glass back. Other details of the Ace 3V are being kept under wraps. Above is a schematic that reportedly shows the design of the Ace 3V/Nord 4. As mentioned above, the upcoming Nord 4 may have the same specs.
