OnePlus Ace 3V will receive major design changes

OnePlus is going to introduce a new addition to its lineup of smartphones – the mid-range OnePlus Ace 3V. According to leaks from sources on Weibo, this upcoming device is expected to come with several interesting features and improvements.

The OnePlus Ace 3V will reportedly be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 processor, making it the first smartphone to feature this new chipset. In addition to this powerful processor, the device is rumored to boast a 1.5K display, potentially offering an AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate for a smooth visual experience.

Apart from the SoC and display details, perhaps the most interesting change is likely to be the new design. A leak by Tech Geek on Weibo has shown a schematic of the upcoming OnePlus Ace 3V, revealing a completely new design. The next iteration in the Ace lineup plans to ditch the traditional design in favor of a vertically placed camera.

Judging by the diagram, the device will have a dual rear camera and a circular LED flash. It will look similar to the recently unveiled Meizu 21 Pro with its flat edges. The Ace 3V is likely to have the signature notification slider on the left and the volume and power buttons on the right. Its display is expected to have minimal bezels and a centered front camera hole.

It is also reported that the OnePlus 13 will retain the design of its predecessor, with four notches on the round camera module. The device will be powered by the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip and is expected to debut around October this year.
