Nova Post has created an online platform to engage partners in the development of innovative products and services together with its R&D department.
The platform and joint work will facilitate networking of innovative entrepreneurs and the emergence of new products on the Ukrainian market.
“We put people and technology at the center of Nova Post’s innovation ecosystem. Working side by side with great creative people, we hope to synthesize technological solutions to create the best customer experience,” says Yevhen Khomenko, head of Nova Post’s R&D center.
In his opinion, using external ideas, sharing innovations through partnerships and combining new solutions will enable all participants to get good results.
Search for partners
The development team is currently looking for partners in the following areas:
- robotization, sorting, and customer service;
- artificial intelligence in service;
- computer vision;
- new generation packaging, including cyclic and isothermal packaging;
- new services in the branch;
- electric and other alternative transportation for parcel delivery.
NovaTech studio
Nova Post has organized an offline NovaTech studio specifically for working on new products. It is an open innovation space with a coworking space, a laboratory, a showroom and a state-of-the-art office. There is also an exposition of Nova Post innovations, where you can see a robotic postal machine, the company’s first drone, a robotic hand and a test electric car.
The total area of the studio is almost 900 m2, located on the first floor of the Atmosphere shopping center in Kyiv.
NovaTech has already begun cooperation with partners such as Deus Robotics, a robot development and manufacturing company, Konsort, a manufacturer of production automation equipment, UIS, a developer of logistics automation software, Disk Systems, a manufacturer of electronic automation solutions, and others. It is already testing the first results in practice.
