Ukrainian Mobile Communications, the mobile telephone operator that owns the MTS brand, extended the “City Number” fixed-line telephone service to Vinnytsia on September 23.
The company announced this in a statement, un.ua says.
Subscribers to the service are able to connect their automatic telephone exchange to MTS’ fixed-line network through digital channels, thus gaining access to a set of city telephone numbers.
The service was previously available to subscribers in Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Odesa, Simferopol, Kherson, Luhansk, Zaporizhia and Poltava .
