Moto X50 Ultra has passed 3C certification

Motorola has already announced the Edge 50 Ultra in global markets. As usual, the device will debut in China under the name Moto X50 Ultra. It will also have slightly different specifications compared to the global version. The Lenovo brand has already revealed two key details of the upcoming novelty. Now Moto X50 Ultra has appeared on the 3C certification platform.

The Moto X50 Ultra is registered under the model number XT2401-2 on the Chinese 3C website. The certification list indicates support for 125W wired charging. This is the same as the Edge 50 Ultra, which was launched last month worldwide. The regulatory listing does not reveal any additional details about the X50 Ultra.

It has already been confirmed that Moto X50 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor. Earlier, the Lenovo-owned brand teased artificial intelligence features on the smartphone. It could be equipped with Lenovo’s AI personal assistant and other AI capabilities related to performance, camera, and more. The X50 Ultra is expected to hit the Chinese market this month.

It remains to be seen whether the Moto X50 Ultra in China will have any different specifications compared to the global Edge 50 Ultra. The latter has a 6.7-inch curved POLED display with a resolution of 1.5K, a peak brightness of 2,500 nits and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. It has up to 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. The smartphone is powered by a 4500 mAh battery with 50W wireless power and 10W wireless power distribution. The Edge 50 Ultra also has a triple rear camera with a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 64-megapixel periscope lens, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle module.
