Luxeed, the premium automotive brand under Huawei’s Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance (HIMA), has reported its October sales figures, revealing strong performance driven by its G9 model. The brand sold a total of 6,174 vehicles last month, signaling a new phase of collaborative growth across its model lineup.
G9 Takes the Lead
According to insights shared by multiple bloggers and industry observers, the Luxeed G9 accounted for nearly 70% of the total October sales. This translates to an estimated 4,000 to 4,300 units sold for the G9. While this is a significant achievement, it’s noted that the first month of production for the G9 is still in its ramp-up phase, suggesting potential for further growth.
S9 and S9T Maintain Momentum
Alongside the G9’s impressive performance, the Luxeed S9 and S9T models have demonstrated consistent sales, with over 2,000 units sold combined. This indicates a stable demand for these offerings, complementing the strong showing of the newer G9.
Upcoming V8 MPV
Looking ahead, Luxeed is preparing to launch a new V8-powered flagship MPV model aimed at families. The official unveiling is anticipated in early November, with a pre-sale price starting from 329,800 yuan.
This upcoming MPV will be available in both all-electric and extended-range electric (EREV) configurations. It will feature a seven-seat layout and will be offered in four distinct versions: Ultra+, Ultra, Max+, and Max. Key technological highlights across the entire lineup include a standard 800V high-voltage platform, ±12° rear-wheel steering, and Huawei’s advanced Kunlun intelligent driving system.
The reported sales figures and upcoming product launches underscore Luxeed’s ambitious strategy within the competitive new energy vehicle market, leveraging Huawei’s technological prowess and HIMA’s collaborative ecosystem.
