A recent leak originating from a promotional video surfaced on Amazon, providing an early look at the upcoming Logitech G Pro X3 Superlight gaming mouse. The 30-second clip, shared on X by user @jakeufps on September 1st, reveals key specifications and features that suggest a significant upgrade for Logitech’s popular gaming peripheral line.
Upgraded Performance and Sensor
The leaked information points to the G Pro X3 Superlight potentially featuring an enhanced Hero 2 sensor, capable of an impressive maximum sensitivity of 48,000 DPI. High DPI settings are crucial for gamers who require rapid and extensive cursor movements, allowing for quick adjustments in fast-paced gameplay.
Further performance metrics highlighted in the video include a maximum acceleration of 90G and a top tracking speed of 930 IPS. The leak also boasts a low latency figure of “0.3+ ms,” which is critical for competitive gaming where split-second responsiveness can make the difference.
Enhanced Battery Life and New Features
Battery life appears to be a major focus for the new model, with the video indicating a 50% increase in battery capacity compared to its predecessor. This upgrade is expected to provide up to 135 hours of gaming on a single charge, a substantial improvement for extended gaming sessions without the need for frequent recharging.
In addition to performance and battery enhancements, the G Pro X3 Superlight may incorporate a new NxLogi chipset. The leak also suggests an upgrade to the Haptic Inductive Trigger System (HITS), which could offer more refined tactile feedback and improved trigger responsiveness for gamers.
Design and Release Information
The G Pro X3 Superlight is expected to be available in two color options: “Midnight Black” and “Pink Eclipse.” While the exact launch date hasn’t been officially confirmed by Logitech, the leaked materials suggest a potential unveiling at the Logitech G PLAY 2026 event scheduled for September 23rd of this year.
This leak offers a tantalizing glimpse into what Logitech has in store for its Pro line of gaming mice. The combination of a high-performance sensor, improved battery, and new trigger system positions the G Pro X3 Superlight as a compelling option for serious gamers looking for an edge.
