Keychron has officially launched its new B39 and B40 flat Alice ergonomic layout keyboards on its website. These new models are designed to offer a comfortable typing experience with a focus on ergonomics, featuring quiet, long-stroke scissor switches.
Ergonomic Design Meets Modern Features
The B39 keyboard boasts a 96% layout complemented by five macro keys (M1-M5) and a convenient rotary knob. For those seeking a more compact solution, the B40 offers a 75% layout, also equipped with M1-M5 macro keys and a rotary knob. Both keyboards are built with the distinctive Alice layout, known for its split design that encourages a more natural hand and wrist posture.
Connectivity and Power
In line with Keychron’s commitment to versatility, both the B39 and B40 support triple-mode connectivity, allowing users to connect via wired USB, Bluetooth, or a 2.4GHz wireless dongle. This ensures seamless integration with a variety of devices and operating systems. Powering these keyboards is a built-in 800mAh battery, providing ample juice for extended use.
Adjustable Comfort and Battery Life
Keychron understands that comfort is subjective, which is why both keyboard models come with adjustable feet offering two tilt angles: 6.5° and 9°. This allows users to fine-tune the keyboard’s elevation to match their personal preference, further enhancing the ergonomic benefits of the Alice layout.
Regarding battery life, the B39 model is rated for an impressive 500 hours of use on a single charge. The slightly more compact B40 offers a respectable 520 hours of battery life, ensuring that users spend more time typing and less time worrying about recharging.
Pricing and Availability
The Keychron B39 keyboard is priced at $54.99 USD (approximately 370.5 RMB). The Keychron B40 keyboard is available for $49.99 USD (approximately 336.8 RMB).
These new releases underscore Keychron’s continuous effort to innovate within the keyboard market, particularly in the ergonomic segment, offering compelling options for both productivity enthusiasts and everyday users seeking a more comfortable typing setup.
