Key features of Vivo V30 Lite revealed ahead of launch

Vivo is expected to unveil the next iteration of its V-series smartphones, the Vivo V30 series. Last week, Vivo V30 with the model number V2318 appeared in the Geekbench benchmark database. Now, the MySmartPrice team has found that Vivo will also introduce the Vivo V30 Lite as part of the V30 series.

Vivo V30 Lite will support 5G and will be equipped with a 4700 mAh battery. Also, the upcoming V-series smartphone will be available in two configurations – 8 GB + 256 GB and 12 GB + 256 GB. Let’s take a closer look at them.

The Vivo V30 Lite will be powered by a 4700 mAh battery and will support 44W fast charging. In terms of connectivity, it will offer NFC, Bluetooth, and WiFi (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) support. The Vivo V30 Lite will most likely ship with Android 13 rather than the latest version of Android, i.e. Android 14.

The Vivo V30 Lite may be based on the global variant of the Vivo V29e, which is equipped with a 4800 mAh battery (standard) and supports 44W fast charging. The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC, which has an integrated Adreno 619 GPU. It comes pre-installed with the FunTouchOS 13 operating system based on Android 13. It weighs 190 grams and is about 7.7 mm thick.

The global variant of the Vivo V29e features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, peak brightness of up to 1100 nits and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The phone is equipped with a dual rear camera with a resolution of 64 megapixels and an 8 megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. For selfies, the V-series phones use a 50-megapixel front camera. In terms of security, it offers an in-display fingerprint scanner.

The Vivo V30 Lite is likely to be a rebranded global variant of the Vivo V29e, but we can expect to see some differences compared to the previous generation of V-series phones.
