IT-Integrator has confirmed its highest competencies and received the status of a Cisco partner that meets the requirements of Cisco Partner Lifecycle Services – Support (PLS). Under the PLS program, the integrator has the right to provide its customers with technical support for Cisco solutions in the state language and with the highest level of response and minimum time to resolve problems. This status is exclusive among system integrators in Ukraine.
IT Integrator customers can already experience all the benefits of joining PLS. The specifics of PLS support for customers is that the first and second lines of technical support of IT-Integrator cover both Cisco equipment and products from other manufacturers that interact with Cisco solutions.
Another undoubted advantage for customers is the best SLA – a response to an open customer case is provided within 30 minutes by a dedicated engineer, not a general support operator. The dedicated technician, in turn, accompanies the customer until the service request is fully resolved.
Extended PLS support is also available to customers under the Cisco Enterprise Agreement.
Among other things, the integrator has the opportunity to interact with customers on the Cisco cloud portal, thereby providing expert problem solving and consulting directly in the ecosystem of its customers.
Dmytro Zhukovsky, IT Integrator’s Director of Information Technology, notes that Cisco has very strict requirements for its partners to join Cisco Partner Lifecycle Services – Support. In particular, only integrators with Gold partnership status can join the program.
