iQOO today unveiled new devices in China. The Vivo sub-brand has announced a new smartphone, TWS headphones, smartwatch, and more. The latest phone is iQOO Neo 9s Pro+. This is the fourth model in the Neo 9 series, which already includes standard, professional, and 9s Pro variants. The device is a top-of-the-line offering with the flagship Snapdragon processor, while other specifications and design remain unchanged.
iQOO Neo 9S Pro+ has the same design as other models in the Neo 9 series. It has a flat frame with two camera rings on the back. On the front, the smartphone is equipped with a 6.78-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1.5K, a peak brightness of 1,400 nits and a 144 Hz LTPO refresh rate. The screen is integrated with a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
The dual rear camera of the iQOO Neo 9S Pro+ consists of a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 main sensor with OIS and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. The front camera has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. The rear camera is capable of shooting video with a resolution of up to 8K and slow-motion video with a resolution of up to 1080p.
In terms of hardware, the iQOO Neo 9S Pro+ has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor under the hood. It also has the iQOO Q1 chipset on board for an enhanced gaming experience. It has up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The device is equipped with a 6K VC cooling system for heat dissipation. The smartphone is powered by a 5500 mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. The software is OriginOS 4 based on Android 14 with artificial intelligence features such as an assistant for meeting notes, copywriting, screen recognition, and more.
iQOO Neo 9S Pro+ is available in Buff Blue, Star White, and Fighting Black colors. Pricing starts at CNY 2,999 (~$412) for the base 12GB + 256GB version, while the 12GB + 512GB version costs CNY 3,399 (~$467). The 16GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB variants cost CNY 3,299 (~$454) and CNY 3,699 (~$509), respectively. The maximum 16 GB + 1 TB configuration costs 4,099 Chinese yuan (~$564).
