International Open Data Day dedicated to Ukraine

International Open Data Day is an annual event dedicated to the role, value and impact of open data in the development of democracy and civil society.

Ukraine is among the leaders of Open Data

First celebrated in 2010, the event aims to create opportunities for discussion, collaboration and learning in the field of open data. On this day, conferences, meetings, and meetups are held around the world with data managers, representatives of government agencies, business, the technology community, and civil society.

Ukraine is one of the leaders in the development of open data. This year’s Open Data Day will take place on March 7 and will be dedicated to the potential of open data in overcoming wartime challenges and rebuilding Ukraine.
