Huawei has just announced a new generation of smartwatches in its home market of China. The Huawei Band 9 has been launched with improved specifications and brand new features. Now this smart wearable has officially gone on sale in the region, so let’s check it out.
Huawei Band 9 price and availability
The Chinese tech giant has finally started selling the Huawei Band 9 in China at a price of 269 yuan. This is roughly equal to about 37 US dollars. It is available in several color options such as blue, white, pink, black, and yellow. You can buy the smart bracelet in a standard version or with NFC support. At the moment, it is available at a special introductory price of only 239 yuan (30 yuan off).
Specifications of Huawei Band 9
This device has a lightweight design that measures only 8.9 mm in thickness and 14 grams in weight. It features a 1.47-inch AMOLED display with Always on Display. It even has a 5ATM waterproof case for protection. On a single full charge, the Huawei Band 9 can provide maximum brightness for 14 days under normal use. With intensive use, this time is reduced to 9 days.
It takes only 45 minutes to fully charge the Band 9. This model supports over 100 sport modes and even comes with various health-related trackers. It features TruSleep 4.0 for sleep monitoring, PPF sensor for heart rate tracking, and TruRelax for stress mapping. The Huawei Band 9 offers Bluetooth 5.3 and comes with two band options, namely a fluorine elastomer strap and a braided nylon strap.
