Several reports have claimed that Honor will unveil its foldable clamshell display phone this month in China. Today, the brand officially confirmed that the highly anticipated Magic V Flip will be launched in the home market on June 13. The phone’s landing page is already available for reservations at Honor Mall. The official listing has revealed the device’s configurations and color options.
Honor has confirmed that Honor Magic V Flip will be available in three configurations: 12GB RAM + 256GB storage, 12GB RAM + 512GB storage, and 12GB RAM + 1TB storage. In terms of colors, the device will be available in variants such as black iris, champagne pink, and camellia white.
If you take a closer look at the official images of the Honor Magic V Flip, you will notice that the device has a massive display under the lid. In the upper corner is a 50-megapixel main camera with f/1.9 aperture and OIS support. A smaller secondary camera is located below the main one. The device unexpectedly placed an LED flash for the camera in the lower half.
On the right side of the Magic V Flip are the volume rocker and the power button, which seem to be integrated with the fingerprint scanner. The bottom edge has a SIM card slot, a USB-C port, and a speaker grill.
As for other specifications, it is reported to have a 4500 mAh dual-cell battery with 66W fast charging capability. We hope that its other specifications will be officially confirmed in the coming days.
