Gigabyte QD-OLED monitors are now protected against burn-in

Gigabyte has officially announced changes to the warranty policy for its entire line of QD-OLED monitors, including the Gigabyte CO49DQ, FO32U2P, FO32U2, FO27Q3, MO34WQC2, and MO34WQC models.

From now on, the three-year warranty also takes into account the appearance of a residual image, also known as burn-in.

This phenomenon can be observed on some early OLED panels if you display a still image on them for a long time (or if the individual elements of the image are still).

However, leading brands are implementing intelligent algorithms to protect OLED monitors from burn-in. Ukrainian buyers can address all warranty issues to official Gigabyte service centers.

During shipping, all Gigabyte QD-OLED monitors are protected by a shipping film on the surface of the display panel. After unpacking and installing the monitor, remove this film as instructed.
