The Ukrainian Newest Technologies company, which renders its services under the FreshTel brand, intends to invest USD 100 million into the development of the network in 2010, president of the Icon Private Equity direct investments fund Kyrylo Dmitriev told the Ukrainian News agency.
According to the president of the fund, the funds are to be invested into the construction of a network in large regional centers, and also to expand the model line of modems.
He said that the company is holding talks with the largest suppliers of modems.
The company is an operator of the wireless communication based on WiMAX technology.
