Diia has 19.4 million users and 44 million installations

The state should be as convenient as Booking or Uber. User comfort is the greatest value for the Diia team. That is why the Ministry of Digital Transformation launches a service evaluation on all documents and almost all services in the app.

Ok, Diia. Why is this necessary?

Each of your ratings is not only a plus to your karma, but also an improvement of Diia. Our team collects all the feedback and compiles a dashboard. Then we analyze the data and make the services even better for you.

What can be evaluated?

Documents, surveys, car sharing, payment of fines for traffic violations, cancellation or obtaining unemployment status, replacement of a driver’s license, statement of residence for an adult and a child, exchange of light bulbs, criminal record, eRestoration – reporting damaged property and filing an application for payment, Diia.TV, Diia.Radio, services for IDPs, OK-5 and OK-7 certificates, declaration of residence.

How it works

When you use the service, you receive a push notification. Select an emoji and add a text comment. Or use the ellipse menu. To do this, click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the document or service and select Rate the service. Tell us what could be improved, or share your own experience or idea.

To start rating services, update to the latest version of Diia. If you haven’t done so already, of course.

The project is being implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation with the support of the Diia Support Project implemented by the United Nations Development Program in Ukraine with the support of Sweden.
