This was reported by the press service of the largest Ukrainian bank Privatbank.
“We are aware of the situation and are making every effort to make our clients feel confident. We are doing our best to ensure the availability of all products and services and to be there for you 24/7,” the bank said.
In the absence of mobile coverage, customers can call support via Privat24 or write to the online chat, all they need is an Internet connection.
