Deputy Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov said that artificial intelligence will analyze all citizens’ appeals, as well as what they write on social media regarding the work of Ukrainian agencies. Government officials, in turn, will receive an analysis of such appeals every day.
“Our task is to ensure that every official, for example, the head of the Tax Service or a specialized committee, wakes up in the morning and sees what happened yesterday in terms of citizens’ appeals, their suggestions or criticism of the policy for which he or she is responsible,” Fedorov said.
The head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation also noted that the next step in the development of this project will be the publication of KPIs of each agency and ministry. This will allow Ukrainians to monitor the goals and promises of officials.
According to Mykhailo Fedorov, this way citizens will be able to see how effective a particular official is. Information on the efficiency of the agencies is planned to be published in Diia every morning in the form of dashboards.
