Apple has been granted a patent for a scratch-resistant back of a smartphone case that will allow users to refuse to use cases.
The development involves the use of a durable hybrid material that will keep gadgets in perfect condition. The back panel will be covered with miniature wear-resistant balls that can be made of various materials, such as metal, glass, ceramics, and others.
Each ball will have a diameter of approximately 5 mm, which will provide reliable protection against scratches.
Apple continues to introduce new technologies in smartphones and laptops.
