Acer has just introduced a new gaming laptop from the popular Nitro series. The new model, the Nitro V 16 (ANV16-41), is equipped with powerful hardware aimed at casual gamers. So, here’s everything you need to know about the new gaming laptop.
Specifications of Acer Nitro V 16
As the name suggests, the Acer Nitro V 16 features a 16-inch display. This screen is available in WQXGA or WUXGA, with a refresh rate of 165 Hz, 16:10 aspect ratio, and a response time of 3 ms. The gaming laptop is powered by the new AMD Ryzen 8040 series processors (up to Ryzen 7 8845HS). This processor is paired with the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 GPU, which offers DLSS 3.5 technology for video games.
Storage options include up to 32GB of DDR5 5600 MHz RAM and up to 2TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD. These specs are cooled by a dual-fan system to keep temperatures under control. Other features include WiFi 6E, DTS X: Ultra, Acer PurifiedView, Acer PurifiedVoice 2.0, 1 USB 4.0 Type C port, 2 USB 3.0 ports, and 1 HDMI port. It runs on Windows 11 and even comes with one month of Xbox Game Pass for free. It is noteworthy that the Nitro V 16 is the direct successor to the Acer Nitro V, which was released back in September 2023.

Price and availability
Acer Nitro V 16 has been announced for the North American market. It will be available for purchase in the region in March 2024 at a starting price of USD 999.99. In Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, the laptop will be available in April 2024 at a price starting at €1,199.
