Acer’s Predator Blade Neo gaming laptop will be available on JD.com on April 8. The company has revealed the prices for two variants of the laptop that will soon be on store shelves. This series is quite powerful thanks to the latest Core Ultra processor and RTX 4060 graphics card. Those interested can choose one of the two options:
- Ultra 5 125H / RTX 4060 / 16GB / 1TB for 8499 yuan
- Ultra 7 155H / RTX 4060 / 16 GB / 1 TB for 8999 yuan (about $1250 USD)
Launched overseas late last year, the Predator Neo (called the Predator Triton Neo 16 in other countries) is known for its slim and lightweight design. At just 18.82 mm thick and 2.05 kg, it’s easy to take with you wherever you play. The aluminum alloy body also has a sleek look.
Inside, you’ll find a powerful combination of a Core Ultra processor and RTX 4060 graphics card, as well as 16GB of storage for a smooth experience. The Predator Neo even has dedicated artificial intelligence features – up to 686 TFlops of local AI processing power – that allow it to do cool things like reduce background noise in voice chat.
The star of the show is the 16-inch display. This 2.5K resolution screen has an ultra-fast 240Hz refresh rate for an extremely smooth picture, perfect for intense gaming. Colors are also superb, with 100% DCI-P3 color gamut and Calman color correction. Gamers will also love that the display is powered by G-SYNC technology, which provides a competitive edge.
A new cooling system with special fans, liquid-metal heat conduction, and heat pipes is responsible for keeping the laptop cool. Acer doesn’t say how much heat it can withstand. The Predator Neo also comes with a decent 76Wh battery, a powerful 230W charger to keep it running, and a Killer AX1675i wireless network card for lag-free online gaming. Acer provides a 3-year warranty with on-site service and a 1-year global warranty for peace of mind.
