Vodafone Ukraine has introduced additional services for IoT customers. Thus, the web version of My Vodafone self-service has new features for easy management of IoT cards. From now on, subscribers do not need to contact the company’s experts to manage the connected services, they can connect everything themselves.
My Vodafone IoT is a self-service platform that allows you to manage your IoT cards anytime, anywhere. With the platform, you can independently connect new IoT numbers, manage Internet services, monitor the costs of each SIM card, and even control its location. The platform also allows you to view reports, change tariffs, and get balance details.
The new functionality allows you to expand the possibilities of using and managing IT cards independently.
The Geofence Monitoring service allows you to set up secure zones for SIM cards, receive notifications when they move, and thus remotely monitor the location of devices. This improves the speed of response to problems and increases the security of business assets.
The monthly cost of the service is UAH 50 (including VAT and pension funds). Payment is charged for each number connected to the service.
The Internet Bundles for IoT service will help you get an additional GB package if you run out of bundled MBs. This is a kind of insurance to keep your IoT SIM card budget in line and allows you to avoid paying for overage when you run out of bundled Internet.
Customers who do not yet have administrator access to the My Vodafone web version can quickly apply for it by filling out an application on the page.
