UGV Sirko-S1 - a ground robot for use at the front

UGV Sirko-S1 is a universal ground robot created by members of the Brave1 defense cluster. Its mission is to help the military transport cargo, evacuate the wounded, and reconnoiter enemy positions.

This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Education, Science and Technology Development, Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov:

“For example, the vehicle can be used to safely deliver ammunition or provisions to soldiers in hot spots. Its maximum payload is up to 200 kg.”

According to Fedorov, the development has already shown successful results in combat and has received positive feedback from the military. The developers are planning to equip the robot with a combat turret or install modules for demining and mine clearing.

Technologies and innovations help to destroy the enemy more effectively and save lives of the military. If you have a development that will be useful for the Defense Forces, join the Brave1 defense-tech cluster.

Today, the work of Brave1 is focused on finding Ukrainian projects for the security and defense forces, from robotic systems and unmanned aerial vehicles to mine clearance and cybersecurity.

Over the six months of the cluster’s operation, more than 650 developments have been registered, and 340 of them have passed military expertise. 300 developments have received BRV1 status, which provides comprehensive support. 69 grants for $1.25 million have already been issued.
