Lynk & Co has officially announced that the 2027 model of its 08 EM-P plug-in hybrid SUV will make its debut on November 5th. The announcement was shared via the brand’s official Weibo account on October 29th.
Design and Features
Official teaser images suggest that the new 08 EM-P will largely retain the design language of the current model. A prominent feature highlighted is the new orange and black dual-tone color scheme, indicating a refreshed aesthetic for the upcoming iteration.

For context, Lynk & Co introduced three new variants to its EM-P family in June. Among these, the all-new Lynk & Co 08 EM-P 230 Long Range Max version was launched with a limited-time price starting at 169,800 yuan.
This particular version is equipped with a 38.2kWh Shiedon Golden Brick LFP battery, offering an impressive CLTC pure electric range of 230km. It also boasts a low comprehensive fuel consumption of just 4.5L/100km when the battery is depleted. The powertrain combination utilizes a 1.5T Evo high-efficiency hybrid-specific engine paired with a 3-speed DHT hybrid transmission.
Dimensions and Capacity
The current 08 EM-P measures 4825mm in length, 1915mm in width, and 1660mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2848mm. The luggage compartment offers a standard volume of 545 liters, which can be expanded to 1277 liters by folding down the rear seats.

This upcoming launch follows the recent updates to other EM-P models, including the Lynk & Co 07 EM-P and 10 EM-P, which were launched starting from 139,800 yuan.
