Leaked renders of the upcoming Nubia V90 Pro have surfaced, hinting at significant upgrades over its predecessor, the V80 Pro. According to information shared by @_evanblass_ on X on October 15, the new device appears to retain the design language of the V80 Pro but will feature substantial internal enhancements, including increased storage capacity and a notable wet-hand operation for the touchscreen.
Display and Design
The Nubia V90 Pro is expected to sport a 6.5-inch display with a punch-hole cutout for the front camera. The screen is anticipated to achieve a peak brightness of 1000 nits. A standout feature will be its ability to respond to touch input even with wet fingers. The device aims to maintain a slim profile, with its thickness reportedly remaining unchanged at 7.7mm, contributing to a lightweight and sleek feel.
Camera Capabilities
Visible on the rear panel of the smartphone is the prominent “108MP” marking, indicating the inclusion of a 108-megapixel main camera sensor. While the camera module features three distinct circular cutouts, the exact number and specifications of individual sensors have not yet been confirmed. The branding also includes “Neo Vision” alongside an LED flash.
Storage and Functionality
A key improvement for the V90 Pro is the expected doubling of internal storage compared to the V80 Pro, with a 512GB variant anticipated. Leaks also suggest that the smartphone will incorporate drop protection and a standard IP rating for dust and water resistance. The bottom edge of the device is slated to feature a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB-C port. Nubia’s signature red power button is expected to be retained on the side, accompanied by an additional button near the SIM card slot.
Color Options
The leaked renders showcase the Nubia V90 Pro in three distinct colorways: Cherry, Black/Dark Grey, and Light Blue.
