Redragon has officially launched its new Light 75 Pro custom mechanical keyboard on JD.com, bringing a host of features to enthusiasts looking for a high-performance typing experience. Priced starting at 369 yuan, this keyboard boasts an impressive 8KHz polling rate and versatile triple-mode connectivity.
High-Performance Features
The Light 75 Pro is designed with gamers and power users in mind, featuring an ultra-responsive 8KHz polling rate. This means the keyboard can report keystrokes to the computer up to 8000 times per second, significantly reducing input lag for a smoother, more immediate feel. Complementing this high performance is its support for triple-mode connectivity, allowing users to connect via wired USB, Bluetooth, or a 2.4GHz wireless dongle, offering flexibility for different setups and devices.
Design and Aesthetics
Measuring 347 x 151 x 44 mm, the keyboard offers a compact yet functional 75% layout. It is available in two colorways: Ink Flame and Cherry Flame. Visually, the Light 75 Pro stands out with its ‘Star Ring’ lighting effect and customizable RGB backlighting, allowing users to personalize their desk setup. A notable design element is the multi-function knob located in the upper right corner, providing quick and easy access to volume control and other potential functions.
Internal Structure and Switches
Internally, the keyboard features a multi-layer shock-absorbing structure designed to enhance typing acoustics and feel. Currently, it is only offered with the ‘Speed Pro’ switches. These switches are characterized by a light actuation force of 40gf and a full-bottoming travel distance of 3.2 mm, with a pre-travel of 1.0 mm, catering to users who prefer a quick and sensitive response.
Power and Battery
The Redragon Light 75 Pro incorporates a dual 8K performance architecture and a dual-battery design. The total battery capacity is a substantial 8000 mAh, ensuring extended usage times, especially when using wireless modes, and supporting the high polling rate.
Pricing and Availability
The Cherry Flame version of the Redragon Light 75 Pro is priced at 369 yuan, while the Ink Flame version costs 399 yuan. Both models are now available for purchase on JD.com.
