Honor is set to release its latest audio offering, the Honor Earbuds X10, on October 13th. This new model boasts a competitive initial price of 149 yuan (approximately $20 USD), making it an attractive option in the TWS market.
Key Features and Performance
The Earbuds X10 are designed to deliver an immersive listening experience. They are equipped with large 12.4mm dynamic drivers, which are expected to produce rich and detailed sound across the frequency spectrum. Adding to the audio prowess, the earbuds support spatial surround sound effects, enhancing the sense of immersion for music, movies, and gaming.
For those sensitive to noise, the Earbuds X10 feature up to 52 dB of deep noise cancellation. This allows users to enjoy their audio content without distractions, even in noisy environments. The call quality is also a significant focus, with the inclusion of a 3-microphone AI system designed to combat wind noise. Honor claims that this technology ensures clear call quality even in winds up to level 5.
Battery Life and Connectivity
Battery life is another strong suit for the Earbuds X10. A single charge can provide up to 8 hours of continuous music playback. When paired with the charging case, the total combined battery life extends to an impressive 41 hours, significantly reducing the need for frequent charging.
In terms of convenience, the Earbuds X10 integrate seamlessly with Honor smartphones. They support Honor’s signature “second-level pairing” feature, allowing for instant connection upon opening the charging case lid. Furthermore, the earbuds offer dual-device connectivity, enabling users to connect to two devices simultaneously without manual switching. Real-time translation is also a supported feature, adding a layer of utility for travelers or multilingual users.
Durability and Design
The Earbuds X10 come with an IP54 rating, indicating resistance to dust and splashes. This makes them suitable for use during workouts or in light rainy conditions, adding to their versatility.
Pricing and Availability
The Honor Earbuds X10 will be available starting October 13th, with a special introductory price of 149 yuan. This positions them as a value-for-money option in the crowded true wireless stereo earbud market.
