Xiaomi has launched its latest smart scale, the Mi Jia Body Fat Scale 4 Pro, bringing a significant upgrade with USB-C charging and enhanced data tracking features. Available now, the new scale is priced at 149 yuan, with a promotional offer bringing the price down to 131.12 yuan.
Key Upgrades and Features
The Mi Jia Body Fat Scale 4 Pro marks a first for Xiaomi’s smart home ecosystem as its inaugural rechargeable body fat scale. It boasts a built-in 450mAh lithium battery, offering an impressive battery life of up to 150 days on a single charge, assuming three measurements per day. This convenience eliminates the need for frequent battery replacements.
Designed for the modern household, the scale can store health data for up to 36 family members, ensuring that everyone’s progress is tracked individually. It also includes a dedicated mode for measuring children’s body fat, catering to the health needs of users across different age groups.
The scale features a spacious 300x300mm tempered glass surface with ITO conductive coating, meaning users don’t need to precisely position their feet to get an accurate reading. It supports a wide weight range from 0.1kg up to 150kg and is compatible with shoe sizes up to EU 48. Beyond standard weight measurements, the Mi Jia Body Fat Scale 4 Pro offers multiple modes, including small item weighing, baby weighing (with an adult), and heart rate detection, making it a versatile tool for various home weighing needs.
A notable new addition is the body data trend display. The scale’s surface can now visually compare current measurements with the previous reading, allowing users to quickly see changes over time. Dedicated function keys provide quick access to core operations, including an easy switch between weighing units with a short press.
Comprehensive Health Insights with the Mi Home App
When connected to the Mi Home App, users unlock a wealth of health data. The app provides detailed body composition analysis reports covering 25 different metrics. This in-depth analysis helps users understand their body data better, offering insights into visceral fat levels and the risk of hidden obesity. The ability to record and track weight data for multiple pets is also supported, adding another layer of convenience for pet owners.
