Addressing Extreme Cold Performance

For a typical vehicle model with a 2.95-meter wheelbase, CATL’s sodium-ion battery technology promises impressive range capabilities.
In hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs), the pure electric range is projected to exceed 200 kilometers. For pure electric vehicles (BEVs), the range is expected to surpass 500 kilometers. These figures demonstrate the potential of sodium-ion batteries to meet the daily commuting and travel needs of users, even under severe low-temperature conditions, which has historically been a significant challenge for many existing battery technologies.
