Subscribers connecting to the new tariff plans will also be issued second SIM card with an activated “U Mobile” voice package, which offers 2,000 minutes of telephone calls at 0 kopeck per minute within Ukrtelecom’s network (both mobile and fixed-line); telephone calls to the networks of other mobile communications operators will cost 55 kopecks per minute.
