Thanks to the Trembita system, which provides fast and secure data exchange between state registries and authorities, millions of Ukrainians can receive the necessary services in a few clicks, without queues and bureaucracy. More than 9 billion data exchanges between registries have already been made through Trembita!
What does this mean?
- Time that you no longer spend in queues. 106 thousand human years have been saved – it’s as if the whole country has saved decades of paper bureaucracy.
- Cost savings: Reduced expenses allowed citizens to save more than 33 billion hryvnias, which can be used for important needs.
- Cleaner air. 14 thousand tons of carbon monoxide emissions were avoided due to fewer visits to institutions.
New fast services
With the help of Trembita, we managed to implement services that really change lives:
- Almost 550 thousand babies have been registered through the eBaby service – without running around between offices.
- More than 115 thousand repeat certificates and extracts from the Civil Registry Office were obtained through Diia – without having to stand in line.
- More than 37 thousand couples have applied for marriage online through the Diia portal.
- More than 100 thousand deferrals from mobilization have been issued automatically.
The numbers are impressive, but behind them are ordinary people for whom “a few clicks instead of an hour in line” means more time for family, work, or just living. Trembita proves that digitalization is not about technology, but about the comfort and freedom of each of us.
Trembita is being developed with the support of the European Union as part of the DT4UA project implemented by the Academy of Electronic Governance.
