Trembita is a platform for electronic data exchange between registries and government agencies that allows Ukrainians to receive high-quality online services. Since its launch in 2020, the system has processed 3 billion transactions. During this time, millions of citizens have used government services online. Fast, convenient and human.
Since the launch of the system:
- 251.5 thousand Ukrainians received their first digital passport and identification code,
- 7 thousand citizens have filed an online marriage application,
- 385 thousand newborns have been registered through eBaby.
The system has already been joined by 201 state and local authorities. In addition, 83 electronic information resources have been connected and more than 300 electronic interactions between registries have been built. If it were not for Trembita, all the certificates that needed to be created would not have fit at the Olimpiyskiy stadium in Kyiv.
“We are working to make you sharpen, not xerox,” the Ministry of Digital Transformation says.
Trembita was developed on the basis of the Estonian data exchange platform X-ROAD as part of the international technical assistance project EGOV4Ukraine. It is currently being actively developed with the support of the European Union under the EU4DigitalUA and DT4UA projects implemented by the Academy of Electronic Governance.
