The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine encourages citizens to report poor mobile or Internet quality to Diia. This will help the state and operators to improve the quality of communication and increase coverage, and citizens to be connected anywhere and anytime.

If your mobile or Internet connection is down, leave a message in Diia. This information will be transferred to the National Commission for the State Regulation of Communications (NCEC). Specialists will check the data and help operators improve coverage.

How to leave a message

  1. Open the Action – No connection app.
  2. Provide one-time access to the geolocation.
  3. Specify if the problem occurs only during blackouts.
  4. Select your mobile operator.
  5. Specify what exactly is not working: mobile Internet, calls, or both.
  6. Indicate whether the connection is out of range indoors or outdoors.

If there is no connection

In this case, you can leave the notification offline. To do this, first download the map of the area in the section Unbreakable in Action. Once the Internet is restored, the information will be automatically sent to the system.

The service is available to Ukrainian citizens and foreigners with a residence permit.

Mobile communications are critical in times of war. The service in Diia will help to quickly collect current communication problems and improve coverage in Ukraine.
