Ukraine recently launched the Diia.Engine platform to accelerate digitalization. Currently, 20+ electronic registers are being created on the platform as part of the Innolab project, and new public online services will be implemented on their basis. Here is a list of registers that will be digitized in the near future.
Crop production system of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy
Agronomists will be able to receive documents for seeds faster and trace their path from the field to the counter. The seed and seedling market will become transparent and convenient.
Register of warehouse documents for grain
A system for recording grain warehouse documents will be created. Owners will be able to quickly draw up documents, and the state will be able to easily track the amount of grain at elevators.
Pet registration system
Ukrainians will be able to register pets not only in public but also in private veterinary clinics. This will greatly simplify the search for lost pets.
Even more registries
We are also developing European integration registers – blood systems, notification systems for cosmetics, food additives, and disinfectants. We are also developing registers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, registers of media entities of the National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting, and others. We are working to make government online services appear faster.
There will be even more digital services
The 20 registers are being implemented with the support of the German government as part of projects implemented by GIZ Ukraine and with the help of the Eastern Europe Foundation.
The development of the platform concept, the interaction of registers on the platform through the Trembita system, and the deployment of the first registers on the platform were supported by the European Union under the EU4DigitalUA project, implemented by the Estonian Academy of Electronic Governance.
