Vivo Y100i is available for pre-order ahead of its launch on November 30

A few weeks ago, Vivo introduced a new Y-series smartphone in China. This device is officially called Vivo Y100i.

The company revealed some features of the phone, including its price. But even today, the product has not yet become official.

This morning, the company opened pre-orders for it, and also announced when it will go on sale and the date of its official announcement.

Vivo says that the upcoming Vivo Y100i will be unveiled on November 30. However, before that, the brand has already revealed the price of the novelty.

Vivo Y100i will be sold in a single 12GB + 512GB storage configuration. The retail price will be 1,599 yen or about $225 in China.

The device is available for pre-order on the official Vivo website. Sales are scheduled to begin on December 2.

In terms of specifications, the Vivo Y100i is IP54 splash-proof. It is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery and has support for 44W wired charging.

The phone is said to have a speaker that produces 200% louder sound. Finally, it will be available in three colors: black, blue, and pink.

It’s worth noting that the standard Vivo Y100 (Chinese version) is a more premium offering with a curved display. While the Y100i has a flat bezel body and a non-curved display, which is likely to be LCD. It is expected to be powered by an entry-level MediaTek 5G chip.
