The state-owned Ukrtelecom (TM Utel), 3G (UMTS) mobile operator has added Mali and Kuwait to the list of international roaming service for its subscribers, as the company’s press office reported.
Orange in Mali and Viva (CBS) in Kuwait became business partners of the Ukrainian mobile carrier.
It should be noted that by now Utel has roaming partners in 54 countries
